How many hours do you guys work per day?

I'm similar as David. I start the day with an hour of email and other trash. A couple hours in the afternoon and a few hours before bed. I try to spread the hours out so my team is never waiting too long on an answer from me and always has work to do.

Used to work 10+ but then I kinda realized that's only necessary when starting something new. Rather focus on health and whatnot. I don't actually make that much more money working 12 hours instead of 6. My team can only work so fast building things.
 
Day Job 10-12 hours On Weekdays
Day Job 0-4 hours On Weekends

IM Projects 1-4 hours On Weekdays
IM Projects 1-5 hours On Weekends

Lack of sleep on both weekdays and weekends
sometimes Day Job + IM Project mix

Short work sessions tend to create better things.

I always try to get things done in 4-6 hours a day with some days off, that way I find smart and fast solutions to hard problems.
 
Im curious how much are you earning per month guys working 10+ a day.
 
It's good to know I'm not the only one pulling 14+ days! My gf thinks I'm nuts

I'm very keen to try this but I can't seem to cut myself off from the work!
 
my past i very hardworking pr day 18 hours..god bless me this year i working in just 6 to 7 hours work.:)
 
Just enough hours that the work that I’m doing calls for. Some days are long, others are short.
 
Enough hours until the coffees for the day no longer affects me positively.. cocaine soon??
 
It takes nearly 10-12 hrs per day as minimum
 
It all depends on what project I am working on tbh and were my head is at :)

If I am super motivated I will put 12-15 hours in no probs and not even notice it! If I am not so motivated and having some personal issues then no matter how much time I put in its far less constructive.
For me though my whole journey has not been about working crazy hours, its been about working to give me more free time to enjoy the money I earn and enjoy my life more.
There have been many times when I have probably worked 2 or 3 hours a week and still earned good money but that was thanks to the long hours I put in early on in the past. Some projects just need tweaking here and there or checking to make sure they are all running or converting okay. I also outsource quite a bit which helps free up my time.

Like I said my aim is to eventually work much less but still earn a good income.
