No way I could work 10 hrs a day.
Every day it takes me:
2 hrs for the gym (preparing supplements/driving/lifting)
1 hr running when I come home with dog
1 hr to shower & prepare my lunch.
That's 4 hrs every morning just taking care of my health.
Then I'll work about 2-3 hrs. Spend another hr preparing dinner.
Work another 2-3 hrs.
In terms of actual, focused, productive work... around 4-5 hrs a day.
In terms of research, planning, preparing for the next day... maybe 1-2 hrs of note taking.
The guys working 10 hrs or more a day...your health must be horrible.
Wealth without health = poverty.
