How many hours do you guys work per day?

I think probably about 6 hours per day on average - but that’s across 7 days as I don’t generally tend to take full days off.

When I was younger I worked much longer hours but as I’ve got older I find that I’m more productive working less hours. I don’t know if that’s due to age slowing me down, or if it is actually more efficient to work shorter and fresher.
Wow, exactly what I experienced.
I worked for more than 12 hours per day when I first started, but now that I'm older, I feel like working around 6 hours per day is the ideal. I achieve way more things now than before. I'm more focused, organized and productive too.

Spend most of my time with nature & gardening

I thought you was going to say making a mess in the garden and leaving stuff on rocks. ;)

I'm "always" working I don't think I really switch off. I'm not one to be glued to my phone at all but something is always ticking over in my mind. I can only sleep for 4 hours a day so the rest of the time I work.

I take about 3-4 hours a day out to spend time with family and cook them food (no time on the computer etc) and then the rest of the time I'm always on the laptop doing "something" so id easily say 15 hours min.

I've found as I get older I'm more productive early hours of the morning or late at night when the family is sleeping so I do most of my main work then and keep the calls and meetings when other "normal" people are around.

Working for just 2-3 hours daily and earning is around $700-1k.

I am a lazy bastard and i really want to do affiliate marketing but don't know how everytime i find excuse to not do it.

2-16 hours a day depends on my energy level

But I don't take day-offs.

Mostly smart work these days.

Until last year I was working 14 hour a day 29 days a month.

From when I wake up until I go to sleep, every day.

Some errands in between when needed, maybe the occasional wank to get a second wind for the afternoon, squeeze some gym in there, and spend a bizarrely large amount of time scouring BHW, but every day it's over 12 hours of actual work, 7 days a week.

When this f**king bull run ends I'm taking a month off and doing some ayahuasca ceremonies and working on my tan on a beach somewhere in the Pacific.

The day job is 40 hours per week, I usually fight if ever expected or asked to work more. Not that I haven't, I'm just older and I don't need to do that kind of schedule for work anymore to prove my value. As others stated, I find I work best with 6 hours in a workday for one brand/location/agency so I can focus better. Sometimes I do trade shows and then I just expect to work all day throughout the show for 3 to 5 days. Drinking helps me get through it (caffeine and vodka (not mixed together)).

Spend at least 2 hours a day on side projects though. Building up my house (flooring, additions, etc), consulting friends with their brands or projects, and working on my wife's brand which is fabrication and painting.

Looking at the posts, dang, some long hours y'all! One of my old managers told me that when I started to manage/direct expect to work 60 hour work weeks. This happened but I do everything I can to mitigate and streamline. Shoutout to Fiverr and BHW merchants ;)

I work 16 hours a day.

It doesn't feel like work since I love what I do.

I also work from home so some of that 16 hours is spent with family

40-50 hours/week of day job,
4-5 hours/week of personal project, soon will be focusing on this and call it day job.

10 hours per day, more if on a deadline for new project I am trying to get launched
