Depends, if you link out from PBNs to sites in the same niche, then make them relevant, if multiple sites then you can't make the niche suit to all sites.

By default worpdress i mean default - what you get when you install a site on worpdress, then add a dummy test post link to a test site wait 3 months and see if it's toxic or not.
