how long time does it take to get views?

It says shadowbanned with a red banner over the video. Does this mean that the account is also shadowbanned and that I can't upload any other videos?

What would be the best step after this? Delete the video? Edit it without using certain "adult" words (even if I find plenty of other videos with semen and sexuality) Or start a new account?
Try posting a few more videos. If all of them show a “shadowbanned” warning, then register a new account.

Give it time; new accounts often have delayed stats. Your word choice likely isn't the issue.

I posted an hour ago, and it still says 0 views. It's a new account and my first video. I'm a bit afraid they might have flagged it since it said first under review but it quickly got turned to public again.

It contains sexual reproduction facts, but they're not explicit. I use words like semen instead of cum, masturbation instead of jerking off and so on.
Thats normal for new accounts tiktok often delays showing views on first posts while it tests how the content performs. Your wording sounds fine as long as its educational and not explicit it shouldnt be flagged.

For a new account it can take a few hours for views to show.
Tiktok usually tests first posts slowly especially on sensitive topics, so nothing to worry about if its presented educationally.

You are shadowbanned. Check if your account is also shadowbanned. I believe TikTok's Algorithm shows each posted video to 300 users. It will scale up depending on the interactions, watch time, and shares. Additionally, if the content is too NSFW, it may be banned. Make sure you're not crossing that line.

Go with the 3-second HOOK. Use a Micro job site to give it a Pump. Hope it helps!

You’re not shadowbanned. You’re just unimportant… for now
Post a few more clean videos, wait 24–48h, and the algo will decide if you’re worthy.

As long as your content isn’t sexually explicit, it should start getting views within a few hours to a day.

educational sexual content is usually allowed, but new accounts often sit in a trust review phase, so 0 views early on does not automatically mean a flag

For new accounts it can take a few hours or even a day to get views, 0 views at first is normal so just wait.
