How Long does it take for views to register ?

Question, how long does it take for views to register on YT ? I am running a project right now, and throwing all type of traffic(real visitors) at one specific video. I know in the past 8-10 hrs I have sent around 25k hits, but it appears that Youtube only registers about 1k every hour or so.

Also, if anyone has any methods on how to get YT views please share.

I do know that sometimes views tend to get "stuck" and the update server for views doesn't display them. They generally fully catchup within 24 hours. Also the rating and views update at different times, weird but they do.
