I always wondered about one thing:
How to break a cycle that's been so ingrained that you don't think naturally about breaking it. Basically, what environmental influence could be created that would interrupt the cycle.
Most of us know that we could do better, but we're just going through the same thing day after day, without really knowing how to drastically change it without any outside help. In my case for example, my rhythm is completely fucked up since I'm working independently. I never go to sleep before 4-5am, and I'm sleeping till midday, mostly because I'm working almost exclusively with US people, but I'm living in europe. Often tried to change it, without much success so far, even though it probably would be much healthier with a different cycle.
