I have a partner for SEO, it activates domains that are expired or close to expiration. It gives a 2-3 month time and embeds its own template on these sites. Some of them work, some don't. (I guess this part is related to google's love for him :) )And the organic traffic of these domains is around 8-9k. However, I could not understand how he found these websites. Or how he could have the information and add it. and all words in Nish-related topics are ranked 1st in 2-3 months.

Does anyone have any information on this subject, can they please help?

I apologise in advance for my English :)

You're referring to "expired" and "auctioned" domains,
make your research, there are plenty of articles/videos about
Mate, that sounds a bit more like a stolen domain to me. That's a shame. Just to lighten it up a bit, I mentioned that the domain name has expired or is about to expire. :)

majority of valuable domains goes into auctions before totally expiring, more accurately during a "redemption period",
so, even if it seems that never was expired, the owner didn't renew it and simply let it go

how he found these websites.
Through domain marketplaces where these type of domains are listed.
Through vendors who secure good domains and resell them at a higher price.
how he could have the information and add it
If you're referring to restoring the old content then it's through web archive.
Or else it's just proper keyword/niche research and content planning that helps him to find easy to rank low competitive topics.

Powerful Expired domains alongwith trending topics and low competitive longtails work best.

Do you have any ideas or suggestions about which websites or sellers these are?

So where can I find them in the most reliable way(Domains)? Firstly, I will download old data from the "archive" and wait for google to index it and then add my own template.

You can use something like Domain Hunter Gatherer to find domains with links in any niche or you can search auction sites.

Alternatively you can take a look in the marketplace for domains for sale. There are lots of domain sellers (@Nargil being a notable one) in the marketplace if you want pre-vetted quality domains but you will pay far more than just the registration fee.

@Nargil I've seen a few prices that are a bit expensive. I think I'll look for it myself. Thanks for that mate. Thanks a lot!

Your partner likely uses tools to find expired or expiring domains with good traffic, analyzes their backlinks and SEO value, and then repurposes them with optimized templates. They might use services like ExpiredDomains.net and SEO tools like Ahrefs to identify and evaluate these domains.

ExpiredDomains.net that's very good mate, I had forgotten about that. This is a big world, even filtering it requires art :) And it follows a path just like you said. And booom. Here is the perfect traffic and afillate fee :)

If you have a good working relationship with your partner, have you tried asking them how they work/what their standard procedures are?
