How is this SEO company doing this?

Hi guys, I have been looking at an SEO company that operates in my area.

I was looking at one of their clients, skyspan-umbrellas and when I check Backlink Watch, I see that they have 2421 backlinks, but all mainly from one domain "all-about"

When I checked further, I can see that this site is simply a leverage tool to gain backlinks for their clients - and the pages seem to have little, if any content.

I know they are doing this for multiple clients and they are getting great results.

Does anyone know how this is done, or if it is possible to get a php script to setup a similar site?

I'd love to hear your thoughts.

how tough is the competition for the site mentioned above? With regards to top rankings, inbound links should have sufficient IP diversity. They should come from other websites, blogs. web 2.0 properties and so on.

Getting so many backlinks from a single website is almost blackhat SEO. Are they using the same keyword as anchor text in all links? I wonder if they will remain at the top position for very long.

Another reason could be that the competition is just not there.

There is a fair amount of backlinks, and yes the anchor text they are using is the same from each link (basically, they seem to be using an article script, and have a 'sponsors' section on each page which links back to the sites)

The competition on some of the sites is fairly tough, yet they are still getting rankings - if you want to check them out the all about is an au domain name while the skyspan one is just a regular one

from what you said, i could say that it is not purely a blackhat SEO. from my understanding, i think what they would have done is created a general SEO site (all about) with backlinks from different authority sites.

then pass on the link juice to their clients site from the general SEO site...

this is fair in the eyes of Big G.

How can I replicate these results?
