Many people are selling Facebook pages with zero followers but with content monetization enabled. Does anyone know how?

I have pondered this question too. Perhaps it has something to do with either the enabling of eligibility or monetization before the page gains any popularity, but it would be great to know more about how it is really done.

What is the average price of those pages? Do you remember?

Yeah, that's normally what makes it a deal-breaker. The money’s in the history/access of the account more often than not, so I'd be careful about any page called a “guaranteed monetized pagg.
 
I've heard from a person who used to buy them that those are agencies' pages. I don't know what does that mean.

could be related to previous age or monetization approval of the page even if the number of followers is zero. i would however be careful since some sellers use deceptive tactics nd have transfferred pages so i would check the monetization of the page first.

I have heard this before. Is it really possible? Does it goes with meta terms and conditions?
 
Most likely they are aged pages that already had monetization enabled from previous activity follower count alone doesn’t determine Meta monetization status

possibility of the page being monetized prior to being sold or the seller misstating the information regarding the monetization status. however i would take caution regarding such transactions since facebook reserves the right to revoke the right of monetization following any change of ownership or inabbility to meet the criteria.
 
It's possible that those sites had monetization enabled beforehand before selling in that way; I don't know how they did it.

having zero followers does not imply that the page does not have any history of monetization. the eligibility for facebook can be determined by the pages activities in the past nd its current situation will not last forever. what i m really concerned about is the activity nd proffitability of this monetization.
