Ok so check out this listing on Flippa: (sorry, but I can't post the actual link for some reason) flippa dot com/146069-gold-coin-blog-90-organic-traffic-no-reserve-5-day-listing This listing caused a big broo-ha-ha because the seller claimed he made a ton of money through Adsense because of high traffic volumes, even though the site is brand new, has no backlinks, and does not rank for any keywords in Google. The seller claims this: "I'm not using anything blackhat, and I'm not buying traffic or using iFrames. It's simply a plugin that pull in traffic from sources based on parameters." Anyone know what this magical seo plugin is?
I'd stay away, I've seen this before, there's a tool to make fake traffic, well apparantly I've ranked for keyword "fitness" and got over 10,000 visitors easily, and it shows in Analytics, but they are not real visitors, always watch out.
Not buying--the site already sold on Flippa for over 3,000. He has Adsense earning screenshots as well.
I noticed a similar buyer selling such sites. No wonder there were more than 30 comments on the auction page. It is very clear that such auctions are meant to just rob people. I wonder why flippa accepts such sites. Too bad
I just checked now, the other guy had his flippa account banned. I am sure it was the same person in the auction pointed out here. He has a new account opened to start another round
