How is my blog/website is doing? I wrote 3 SEO optimized posts till now

Your site metrics look solid. If you haven't done anything but write 3 posts, then I think you're making great progress.
 
I think you should make sure that GA doesn't counts your own sessions as well. From what I see a lot of the sessions are yours, editing and checking the site. I did this too a lot. Add an ip filter.

Well it looks good from a stats point of view. I know you said it's a niche site, which doesn't tell us too much. I understand if you don't want to reveal your niche, but perhaps you'll consider at least sharing the category your niche is in. Also, have you done any promotion on this site, or are you just getting these results merely from posting the 3 posts? More details would give us more insight and enable us to give you better and more realistic feedback on how you're really doing. There's a lot of different variables involved. Anyhow, wish you the best and do keep us updated on your progress and any changes.
 
Your metrics are good enough with only 3 posts, you are doing well and the bounce rate tells that your contents are good as well....
 
As of now it looks good. 3 posts are work well. At the same time, better check in Google Analytics from which "Source" you get the traffic.
