How is he Bypassing Youtube's Content Id Match and Monetizing ?

i came across a youtube channel which has got videos that should have been taken down because of copyright material.

But to my surprise the videos are getting tons of views and also they are monetized.

But How ? is my question.

his network protects him/he has rights for those materials/he changes the video's/music's pitch etc.. just google it...
