How do you come to this conclusion?
If you're broke, you can't afford food and basic necessities so therefore your health suffers. Even if you make a little amount of money, you can only afford cheap, low quality food which also has adverse effects to your health.
If you make a lot of money, you can afford higher quality, natural, organic food, vitamins, and other nutrients to keep you in good health. You can also afford to go to the Dr. if something happens to you that needs medical attention.
As far as freedom, if you don't have money to live off of, you will be forced to go and get a job that you will most likely hate and there goes your freedom. You can't take vacations when you want because you have a boss to answer to and if you're poor, you can't afford them anyway.
So please don't say that money can't buy health or freedom because it can.
Awesome post.
Money DOES buy happiness. But money itself should not,
because few people are ever satisfied with how much
they make regaredless how much money they have.
Instead, money buys CHOICES. It buys FREEDOM. it buys
TIME. It buys more SEX. It buys more TIME to spend with
more FRIENDS. It buys time to spend with FAMILY. It buys
ADVERNTURES. It buys TRAVELS. It buys...
EXPERIENCES.
Experiences you can NOT get for free like sky-diving, para-
gliding, scuba-diving, roller coaster rides, carnivals, etc...
experiences you would naturally put off because you HAD
no money, now you CAN because you have money.
Not only that, but you can share those experiences with
others you love and care about to enjoy a slice of life few
people are fortunate enough to enjoy before their time is
up on earth.
That, besides many of the free things you CAN do with
friends and family, enhances life and experiences which is
what ultimately makes life worth living.
