Bringing them together is always great. I'm learning HTML /CSS and I have been teaching myself better by getting clients with older/non-PC literate people.

Water bottling equipment... I was in the bottled water industry for years... I am sure there are forums you can find that would work perfectly.
Small distributors that need a site.

selling the shovels will always make alot more money than searching for the gold
but then the people who make the most money were the consultants that showed you how to sell more shovels.

The easiest thing to do is to involve yourself in a "hobby" forum and work that "angle". Angle is not totally accurate as I was just offering to help out a guy on a forum that I have spoken with in the past and it turned into cash.
No selling, just sharing turned into opportunity.
BTW, that sharing has thus far turned into just under 10K USD from that particular financial services forum.
Not bad for hanging out and keeping abreast of an industry that I find interesting.
