How I increase Viewer in My Youtube Video?

Most of my work I do with the help of Youtube. But the no of viewer in my videos very poor. I can index & Rank it but most of the time it is not visible in google engine. I am very worried about it. What can I do for increasing the viewer in my video and How I can see my video in google engine ?

build some quality links, embed your video in web 2.0 sites and blast them with spammy links..

It will take time. Like "Smartboyhere" said: Embed the video on web 2.0's and blast them with links. You could even throw in a couple of tiers if you want to get fancy. That seems to be working the best right now. You might also want to think about buying some views, likes, comments and favs for the video. Just don't go overboard with the views. I find that 500 views per day for 10 days is better than 5,000 in 1 day.

Just know that there is always a risk with buying views. Your video could get taken down by YouTube and you will have to start over. It is up to you to weight the risk versus reward.
