Hey guys,
So, i've made the skype bot to automate the process. Basically, it is in the form of a chrome addon (source is in JavaScript, heavily commented for those that are tentative). How it works is it basically uses web.skype.com (where you'll need to be logged in and in the channel) to parse all messages, and then upvote any reddit links sent with a random time of between 10-60 seconds.
web.skype.com can be minimized though, and run in incognito (as long as you have logged into reddit in another incognito tab, this can also be closed). I've got some of the guys in the channel testing it at the moment, and it seems to be working well. I believe in the future this will be a prereq to joining. It also limits the amount of upvotes given to one particular user to 4 per 24 hour period.

Basically:
grab recent messages
if it is a reddit link
-> wait 10-60 seconds, upvote it
announce you have successfully upvoted it to the channel
To install it you download it (you'll get the encryption key when you join) from https://mega.nz/#!pUFn0CTb
and open chrome, type chrome://extensions and drag and drop it in. If you're going to be using the both in incognito, remember to check the "allow in incognito" box.
