there is no method to recover deleted message
But how people solve disputes here? maybe can someone just fake telegram messages and blame it on someone for example, or a seller can scam someone and deleted their messages, if that something happened to someone what can you do?

They usually takes screenshots of chat if anything goes wrong.
Anyone can fake such things that's why I am asking

I agree with you but the problem is that everyone is using it, what if for an example a random person accused someone VIP here for scamming him and that claim was false and just said that the VIP deleted the messages and just lied about it, won't that get the VIP banned without a reason for example? same thing for sellers, i think it's kind of hard to protect yourself on telegram if you are a seller or a buyer here, what would you do if you got caught in such a situation BassTracker?

Just because they use it does not mean you have to.
The buyer has the money and can dictate that the conversations related to the business transaction be via PM.
