This is one of the methods I use to overcome the problem of losing clients from my agency because of procrastination.
Please understand, it's not some super-secret technique that nobody knows about. If you're expecting that, I'm sorry, but this post won't help you.
I've tried various things like managing time better, using Notion for tracking, and the Pomodoro technique, but honestly, most of them won't work for you in beating procrastination by 90%.
One solution that really helped me a lot is keeping things simple. Adding simplicity to my life made me eager to get out of bed and start working.
Simplicity is the key to overcoming this problem.
You don't need to wake up at 3:30 am or take (but I will suggest you) cold showers or do a million push-ups in the morning.
Just make a regular to-do list.
We're all different individuals.
Don't let online experts complicate simple things for you.
Experiment with different strategies.
Figure out when you're most productive, whether it's in the morning or at night.
Maybe you'll be more motivated if you reward yourself after completing tasks or punish yourself if you don't.
Test out simple things, like the best time for you to wake up, go to bed, or start working.
This approach literally helped me beat procrastination.
So, create your own life systems that push you to do more and get out of bed eagerly.
I'm confident that if you do this, procrastination will vanish.
