how Google Feedback show a website

Any SEO expert here know about Google Feedback. I have seen a lot of websites ranking in 2nd or 3rd place but Google Feedback shows them in the 1st, since Google Feedback appears before search results. Any SEO guys knows how to place your site to Feedback > I have attached an example below

I also want to know how to do it
as i have seen most of the websites which gets listed on 1st have replies on their comments..

Randomly shown based on user's query. Nothing much you can do about it. I would personally try to do a step by step solution of the query on my page.

I think Google pick this by itself.
