Someone can please explain me how to register my site to google?

If you have something interesting to show, you could post a link on Reddit.com and if that gets upvotes, you'll get indexed in google very quickly.

Technically Google will find your site anyway in few days without you making links. At least that's how it has always worked out for me. Or what you can do is set up a Facebook/Twitter and then use your domain in your Facebook's page/Twitter profile. That's good enough as well.

It will find by itself within few days, If you want your site to get index sooner, then you have to build links

I have never done that to any of my sites, yet they get listed and rank very well.

Google Webmaster Tool is a good one. You get Search Queries, Links to Your Site, Crawl Errors, Keywords, and Sitemaps.
Follow this one for adding your site

Also make sure that you have not restricted the crawlers.
