You can either use the Google Webmaster Tool, or you can start link building, post on forums with your link in the signature, you can do blog posting with your link and so on.

Google finds your website by following links.

If you have something interesting to show, you could post a link on Reddit.com and if that gets upvotes, you'll get indexed in google very quickly.

Technically Google will find your site anyway in few days without you making links. At least that's how it has always worked out for me. Or what you can do is set up a Facebook/Twitter and then use your domain in your Facebook's page/Twitter profile. That's good enough as well.
