I think he was lucky to get in early in the first place, then to have some tech knowledge so he could be on top on that niche. Other than that, his money comes first from the list as personally specified in his book and blog. And it's not so much if you think at it - making 40k/month in the "make money online" niche with fresh prospects monthly doesn't even seem much to me.
