How does he always get the number one spot?

I found this youtube channel with CPA game hack tutorials. He has about 10+ of them. But I just dont understand how he ranks number one when i search: *game* + "hack". Every single time, he is ranked number one. There must be a trick right? I have heard that buying views while unlisted and then making it public does not work anymore. I have heard something about if you premiere the video it works, but he does not premiere his videos. I wont post his youtube channel here, but does anyone know how he does it? Any tips and tricks?
