I have created this video:


I would like to make it go ‘viral’, since it can help me to get the coolest summer job at WOW Air. I have 10 days to make it happen. How do I do it?

I have profound knowledge about Instagram algorithms, but I am lacking behind with YouTube.

If you're looking for a "legit" type of way to make the video go viral, advertise the video with AdWords or other platforms.
The more cost effective way would be to buy the views using an SMM panel such as top4smm. (Not affiliated with them at all)

You'll be around 1350 views in the next 10 days.

Be sure to use proper tags, this is what will get your video "organic" views.
