How do You Protect Your Eyes?

Yes they worked perfect for me. I need to get a new eye test to check my results. I did get one before i done the exercises, an i only wish i was smart enough to think about doing like a documentary about how i fixed my eyes.

One of the best things that actually helped was that i got a job where i had to drive to work years ago, and since i had always worked in front of my screen, my eyes were bad long distance, but they improved as i kept looking at the furthest traffic light in the distance.

When i started my job, i struggled to see the number plate of 2 cars in front of me. I definitely can see further. I just went outside and tested myself. There was a number plate 10 cars away that i couldn't see. It took a few quick view changes, and i could then see it ok.

I also done the exercises. The thing is, i'm sure they aren't completely 20/20 right now, how could they be? I spend most of my time still looking at a pc screen, and i don't do the exercises rigidly every day like i used too.

However are they better at longer vision? Yes. Was this because of the exercises? Yes

If i wanted to get back to 20/20 vision then i would spend all day doing the exercises, for a month, but i don't need that. (i'm not a pilot)

Adjusting muscles doesn't really take more than a couple of months. We've all done weights and stuff so you already know this. Same principles with the muscles in your eyes.

If you have the discipline to do those exercises i posted above, then report back in a month, (remember to measure your starting point distance possibility.)

its easier just to make a conscious effort more of the time to look at things further away. I like to look at the tops of buildings, and hills, and people who are really far in the distance.

Most of the time people are walking along the street staring at the ground, or looking in shop windows.

Please where can I download this ebook, to exercise my eyes. Last month I was to the oculist and they gave me glasses. Left eye -1.0 and right eye -0.25. I can't see very well far, same like you, I can't see the cars plates, or can't read the subtitles easily from the TV.
But even with glasses, I see that my eyes are going every day worse then worse, and to make things more worse, I can't keep my glasses on when I am in front of my laptop because I am to close and I can't read with my glasses on. I can't focus.
So I want to give a shot to this exercises that you told. Can you help me with the ebook download link plz???
Thnx

I have some lenses with a special coating that protects and relax my eyes. Very good if you are spending a lot of time in front of the PC

What I do is step out every 30 minutes and look directly at the sun with my eyes closed for maybe a few minutes. Still with my eyes closed I rotate them around, move side to side, up and down. Open your eyes and everything turns nice and crispy (like super HD)

If it's not sunny out I rub my palms together until they're nice and warm, close my eyes and palm my eyes holding it there until the heat leaves. Repeat this as many times as you want.

Another technique that you can do is hold your finger in front of you, maybe like a foot away. Have something you can look at in the distance behind your finger, something far away. Focus on your finger, then shift your focus on the distant object, then shift back to your finger again. Repeat.

One more that I use is outlining objects with my eyes without moving my head. Trace everything you see with your eyes, I mainly do this while I'm on riding the bus.

It's a nice little refresh for your eyes that you can do anywhere :)
