For instance, if you have a CPA landing page for job offers and you post the link on Reddit once, it might not be very effective. Making 10 comments to obscure your posting history is unlikely to work well either.
However, using 10 different accounts and rotating the link among them seems like a more effective strategy to me. Although it gets very expensive, which is why I'm asking if having multiple accounts is the standard (or a must have) when using any spam method?
