How do you manage multiple websites?

Hi,
The reason I'm posting this is that I am having a difficult time managing 4 websites. I would like to know how you guys manage your multiple websites, How to you guys distribute your time effectively, and become more productive.

The work I do on those websites are brainstorming and creating content, Outsourcing Content, Content Promotion etc.

I used to manage single websites daily..for example. I have 4 websites, I used to work like this below:

Monday: Website-1
Tuesday: Website-2
Wednesday: Website-3
Thursday: Website-4

Likewise.

But when I get involved in a website it becomes hard for me to get out of that niche research /brainstorm zone and switch to another website with a different niche the very next day.

I thought of a weekly approach like

Week 1: Website-1
Week 2: Website-2
Week 3: Website-3
Week 4: Website-4

But then i am afraid if it will have a negative impact on my website especially when there will be a 3 weeks gap and then i will be able to work on that website again.

I would like to know your thoughts and how do you guys approach this and how do you guys manage multiple websites?

On the Website Personal plan, you can add one contributor (for a total of two, including the site owner). On other billing plans, you can add an unlimited number of contributors. There's no additional cost for contributors.

Many plugins offer to work same setting on different site that’s one way, and second is to hire a VA if things get out of hand

I am managing them all separately, I am a hardcore dude.

Whatever I feel like working on any particular morning is what I do. Sometimes ill decide the night before. It usually happens after I've looked at the most recent ranking changes (down or up). If I feel discouraged i will swap for a bit, throw shitloads of content up, then move back to another.
