How do YOU manage all your Sites, Accounts, etc.

I dual boot so I've been using:
KeePass for passwords,
Open Office calc and base
Firefox bookmark manager
Freemind mind mapping

Theses all work on windoze as well as linux, that way I share the same data regardless of which os I'm using.

One question for the guys using goog apps. Is there any concern about data security? Especially for the blackhat stuff?

These programs (roboform in my case) are established companies that thousands rely on and they have security protections running 24/7. So saying that your password is going to get stolen or forget all your passwords is not cool...

have you ever messed with a botnet? doesnt sound like it

and your passwords get lost when you get a virus and your computer dies...or whatever else the case may be. Depending on a program to remember your info just is not that smart....maybe its only me

unless these programs save your passwords on their own database/servers...I dont see it being that helpful in the long run

You're right. I've never messed with a botnet (is that a virus?). However i always kept my computer secure by carefully looking at what i download, antivirus updated etc...

Roboform does have the option to save your passwords via their secure online servers. But you wouldn't have to use this online servers if you keep your computer safe. I've been using roboform for 3+ years and never encountered a problem. It makes my time management so much easier with so many passwords to remember.
 
I'm designing a custom PHP/Mysql program to keep track of everything.
Then each day it will spit out the tasks I have to complete to achieve my goal.

I'd love to, as I'm quite proud of them. However that would be opening up my techniques to saturation.

Why don't you try RoboForm its easy and you can manage all in Folder and Subfolders something like you would do with bookmarks (this is good for remembering urls, user names and passwords...)

sxnipper ff add on works nciley i also have x marks -- these back up to a server - i also have a file for all my other stuff 3 pcs and 1 virtual machine - try v box its open source
