How do you manage all your passwords?

Apple iCloud Keychain because it's across my devices and built into most. (Primarily I use Apple) but I also use it on my windows devices as well.

Create it into a private keys page and manage them
 
There are many ways to remember, the easiest way is to use a password
 
I use NordPass. It doesn't have many features, its more like an electronic notepad. Does the job well considering that its free. Has annoying upsells though.
 
Frankly, I don't think any system is safe, except my mind.

I have passwords that I use as fixed and I use them as a senior.

1 - Unsafe websites
2 - Trustworthy websites
3 - Social media accounts
4 - Email accounts
.....


It goes like this, and I enable 2-step verification on important ones.

Bitwarden is pretty good & neat. It's open-source and even you can host the server yourself
 
I have spreadsheet to save all my passwords. But those are not exact password that anyone can see and use them to login, its kinda manually encrypted and only can be decrypted by myself.

There are many ways to help you not forget your password, but why don't you write it down?

I have pwd that open the doors to bitcoins, servers, valuable info etc. I don't feel safe just writing it down. The list could get lost or stolen.
