How do you manage all your passwords?

Apple iCloud Keychain because it's across my devices and built into most. (Primarily I use Apple) but I also use it on my windows devices as well.

Lately it's a mess for me... I have been saving passwords here and there, but then I forget where I placed them. Recently I downloaded an app to keep them stored on my phone, but is also risky having the passwords on a phone, and I do not feel very comfortable.

I was wondering how do you save multiple passwords, do you use any plugin, app or maybe is better to type them in a notebook and store them on a safe?

I have spreadsheet to save all my passwords. But those are not exact password that anyone can see and use them to login, its kinda manually encrypted and only can be decrypted by myself.

I have pwd that open the doors to bitcoins, servers, valuable info etc. I don't feel safe just writing it down. The list could get lost or stolen.
