How do you guys stay consistent on days when absolutely nothing is working?

I’ve been in that situation many times, grinding for weeks or months, finally seeing results, and then slowing down instead of pushing harder. Every time I relaxed, things eventually dipped again because I wasn’t actively building anymore.

My question is: how do you stay consistent in those moments when the results are finally coming in, but the motivation to keep pushing drops? How do you force yourself to keep going even when the work you did earlier is already paying off?

I use a to do list and a weekly schedule so i see what i accomplishee even tough in my business i see results 3 months later (royalty payouts)

I start everyday like it's my first day at work. even if I am up +90%

This is part of the game, the times when things are down is what sharpens your skills

Do other activities that have nothing to do with what you've been (doing<-(Your goal)) Let your mind get a break from things. Then when you're relaxed at some point let your mind ease back into your goal and start brainstorming on things you could do to reach your goal.

That above advice was off from the question is useful though.

Whatever you're doing is probably too manual and needs to be more automated in some type of way. Something is causing the burnout to happen and keep the workflow going.

We all do take short breaks, but passion wins the race.

If you have passion for it, you'd grind further either when things go up or down.

set clear, incremental goals and establish a routine that prioritizes continuous growth, all while reminding yourself of your long-term vision and the potential benefits of sustained effort.
