How do you guys get around YT's duplicate content issue

Ive got a couple videos to upload to several different channels but dont want them deleted for duplicate content. What are you good folks doing to make your videos unique in the eyes of YT?

Add a watermark or remove a few seconds from the video.

also you could try uploading a different file type, that has worked for me in the past.

This has worked me at least 20 times wmv, flv, mpg and change the file name from like 'myvid.flv' to yourvid.wmv

I heard that YT has software that compares the sound on vids to see if they're duplicate, dont know how true that is.

i seen that happen to me, i believe its for copyright issues so they disable the audio from you video but your video will still be up.

Im wondering on how to do this also. But i need it done in an automated way.

so what im thinking is i'll have someone make me a ReHasher program, it will basically open the video in raw format and change around a few things to make the video "look" different. but it will be the same exact video.

Anyone think this is a good idea?

I would like to see smthg along these lines done also. Add a away to change the thumbnail and it'll be perfect.

Just add a couple of frames in the beginning/end.
Maybe a delete a couple too.

Just adding a watermark, or changing the format won't help.

try to slightly modify the brightness / saturation of the video. It works perfect.

Change the filename to something different, then reupload - Or cut some bits out of the video.

why should one change the thumbnail? does youtube check for that? or whats the reason for that?
