How Do You Get Around This?!....

Hello everyone,

How do you get around this:

"Google does not permit the advertisement of template sites for ad networks."

That damn error message that pops up when you use certain keywords in your ads. Are they referring to Trademarked terms?

I'm trying to include a name of a specific software I'm promoting, in my ad...
but the new terms prohibit me from doing so....

I've heard some marketers get around it... any wisdom?

Ok, if I'm promoting the same product as the trademark owner's..... would google grant me an exception if I request it, due to me being an affiliate of the actual owner?

It should be okay when you are actually advertising the trademarked product itself. I have done few successful exception requests myself. Should work for direct linking at least. Could be a bit more difficult if you are using your own site. Anyways, you can always try it.
