Maybe not the best motivational source, but it works for me. To prove them wrong and such.
About the posts about masturbation, I've been without PMO (Porn, Masturbation and Orgasms -other than with an actual female-) for 100+ days and I've seen a massive boost on productivity and general energy levels, among other great things.
I have not waken up tired nor sleepy on the last 60+ days, sleeping less than what you would want and still waking up before my alarm.
