Maybe not the best motivational source, but it works for me. To prove them wrong and such.

About the posts about masturbation, I've been without PMO (Porn, Masturbation and Orgasms -other than with an actual female-) for 100+ days and I've seen a massive boost on productivity and general energy levels, among other great things.

I have not waken up tired nor sleepy on the last 60+ days, sleeping less than what you would want and still waking up before my alarm.

The people who need the most motivation in IM are students and people living with their parents...

When you have bills to pay and children to feed.. you're motivated, period. When IM becomes a requirement to survive and not just a hobby, success in IM comes faster and you no longer need bogus motivation self-help tips and tricks, the motivation instead comes from a primal urge to survive and thrive.

Hahaha! Not that I've noticed thankfully. I was actually scared of getting those feared "blue balls", but haven't felt any of those symptoms either luckily.
