after doing some research on this website I have found the footprint of an SEO agency and the majority of those referring domains are coming from this agency!

That's great, and you should also check the status of the domain in other reliable traffic overview tools as well because some website owners mange to show fake traffic on particular tools but is exposed when their presence show very low on other tools (it will be never same in different tools but the scale of difference tells the real truth).
