How do some IPTV sites keep their homepage on Google after DMCA?

My previous clients also faced this problem. I solved it using this technique:

I kept the homepage neutral and removed all copyrighted content. Only original and safe content was kept on Google. If a DMCA notice occurred, I followed the counter-notice or takedown process. With continuous compliance and original content, the homepage can remain visible.

Hey,
I’m a bit confused and hoping to get some advice. My site recently got a DMCA notice from Google, and most of my pages were removed from search results.
I noticed that many IPTV websites have had DMCA notices since 2017, but their homepages are still showing on Google.
How do they manage that? Do they just keep the homepage neutral, or is there a trick I’m missing?
Any experiences would be really appreciated.
Thanks!
the main idea here is that there is no automatic site wide restriction due to the DMCA process. thus, google can take down the URLs specified in the notices but not affect the others. that is y one can see the ranking of the IPTV homepage even when it seems that they have found a way out of this probllem.
