How Do Instagram Panels Work?

Hello,
I have been using Panels for social media for the past few years but i have really never understood how the heck they work?
How is it possible to send 1,000s of REAL* likes and followers almost instantly?
Can someone please explain to me how panels really work and the risk you are taking using them?

But they literally respond to my messages when i DM them..
Its like their account was hacked into a panel.

The REAL ones are truly real people, they just put their credentials info in a panel bot (for example Toolscast). This means that these accounts give likes, and in return, they also receive the likes. And the panels just puts the paying clients into the mix (you only receive likes and you don't have to give any).
 
Does anyone have a panel on which Instagram followers are delivered correctly? I need to buy instagram followers.

Isn't this still negative, because those accounts following you are practically burned with 0 real interaction?
 
IG Panel is the simple way of marketing or promotes your social media at a cheaper price and with the least efforts
