How do I use my Ad Spying tool well?

I've recently got a tool to spy on Facebook ads, but I'm not too sure how to filter for affiliates that well. I'm in nutra so I already know how careful people have to sidestep around the key words like "fat loss". If there's any tips I'd really like to know. I want to spend hours spying
