How do I use bought facebook ad accounts?

In my opinion, you should not use a VPN instead of a proxy because:

VPN will change IP address every time it is turned off, so IP will change irregularly.
The transfer speed is slow, depending on the VPN you rent.

Now what you are doing I think it is ok but please make sure your proxy is strong and good enough and your ad account is strong enough to do the operations you want. If there is still a problem I think you should try it again on another browser software to find the error. Good luck
