Use imgur.com to upload your pictures and to link them in your threads and posts. It's easier. :)

Yeah as above says and don't forget to copy the link with the image extension to avoid ending up with a broken image, you can do that by right-clicking on the image then >>> Open Image in New Tab... then Copy the Url it should come with the image extension. Hope that helps :)

Click the image icon in the post editor toolbar shown below (it's the one that looks like a photo).

However, as @AdwordsAlgorithm stated, make sure you embed the image using the file extension link (.jpg). not the page the image is on.

This is how an image appears when you've correctly embedded it using the file extension link:

And this is what an image looks like when you try to embed the page the image is on.

You can also upload files, including images, to the forum using the "upload a file button".

Once you upload a file, click the "full image" button to display the image in your post.

Although, we encourage users to use 3rd party image hosts for the same reasons stated in the marketplace rules thread.
Chose the Marketplace section that describes your service and create your thread. Images will be held on a third party server, imgur.com or imageshack.us. We have done this in order to speed up the forum, improve page loads and avoid unapproved changes to threads.
