How do I rent a page for Rank+Rent Method

Hi Blackhatworld!

I've been a lurker on this forum for a bit of time now and have read most of the guides posted on this forum. Thanks to everyone who has posted their tips and tricks, I have been able to follow those guides and have been able to rank my page to the top of Google.

I'm now at the point where I'm a little stuck on how to rent the page out. There are a lot of guides on how to rank, but very few really go into how to exactly rent the page out for potential clients to use.

Any help on how to make this possible would be greatly appreciated!

Advertise on BHW
Cold call/email would be my suggestion. Offering them a free week or two would help too.

Sorry, I think I may have worded my original question poorly.

What I meant was, how do I actually rent out my page? Like from what I understand, lightboxing only allows for an image to be casted over my page. Is there a specific program/application I can use to lightbox their page on top of mine that allows for the lightboxed page to be clickable per say?

Nice, I'm working on my rank and rent site too. This is what I was going to do. I have a google voice number that I was going to forward to my client number that way when the customer calls my google voice number it goes straight to the client. I also have an email set up on my page where they can email or call for a free estimate. Once I get it to the first page I was just going to do some cold calling.
 
Depending on the niche, you could look for affiliate, CPA, ad offers to place on your site and monetize it. Another option is to search for your keywords you are ranking for and contact page 2,3,4 companies to offer your top ranking positions for a rental fee.

Sorry, what I intended to say was is there was a way to lightbox a prospective client's page on top of my page but still have the lightboxed image/page be clickable/fully functional?
 
that will decrease the page indexing.

the best bet is a clickable image of the website/advert in quistion.

iframe doggy in todays google algo .

dont do it looks so spammy

True, it's not a good solution for seo to have homepage iframed. I was more into technical question here how to do it... Therefore ya, two solutions, you either add a CTA button / image that redirects to your client's page or you add more content about your specific client and their contact information.

Yeah, I just quickly did a little research on iframe and it looks like it wouldn't be the best solution in terms of jeopardizing my content which would result in a drop in rankings.
Would the clickable image be "lightboxed" on top of my page or are you suggesting it to be just added to the page?

I guess my initial goal was to have someone click into my link, but show my client's page and have it behave as if it was originally that content

Great! That's actually a really good idea! I think I'll be adding the header and sidebar to my page to let the audience know the page is for rent.

Reaching out to potential clients directly is one way. They are usually on 2+ page of Google.

Other method is to overlay your whole website with a sales pitch offering the space. This way they'll come to you.

The first method is more effective and takes less time.
