My suggestion is that you can run it with cloaking, tiktok is particularly well vetted and it's best to use it with an old account that has a history of spending, hopefully my suggestion will give you a little bit of inspiration.

I think Facebook is the worst option to consider, and very strict. I lost all my Facebook Ad accounts and I couldn't recover them. TikTok is better.
 
why don't you try using browser redirect, it will help you solve this problem

u need multiple ad acc to run gambling on tiktok. I run for bh and use multiple ad acc. But if u didn't have trick your ads will be instant bans at first campaign

Need use many ad acc to run bh at tiktok ads. i run bh offer too and much profitable than at meta or another traffic source.
