Hi, Apart from the obvious (serp movement) how do i know if my linkbuilding campaign is working?

There is no substitute to serp ranking to know if your techniques are working. However, one way that I check whether my site is getting quality back links is by checking the ratio of Majestic Seo Trust Flow to Citation Flow. As long as this close to 1 i.e. CF and TF are similar, it means that the links are decent.
