I have a movie streaming website that gets around 1k - 2k per day people in it I want to expand my traffic from all regions what is the best way

I Don't mind using paid traffic if it is worth it at least 100k

you should target region means like (Asia , Europe , North America)
zone is big issue because from my experience
watch free content is popular Asia and Latin America ,Eastern Europe and languages (you need subtitle or dubbed file )

usA and europe illegal content watching need pay fine (Germany specialily )

if you want put ad network then most of ad network does not pay too much for Asia and Latin America ,Eastern Europe

so you need affiliated with betting website or local ad network which depends on your skills
