Recently, I take CPA marketing as part of my work. My question is without having organic search or paid campaign or even having no website, how do I promote CPA offers? I mean where do I get active traffic? Please tell me whatever you think or want to suggest. One more point I have allergy on adult offers. Thanks in advance.

youtube then short url to your offer? or any other social network, depends on your cpa offer.

Social Media sites: Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc. you could do comments, make accounts with quality posts to get followers and so on.

Email lists. You can buy these or scrape them (either yourself using tools or pay someone to scrape for you). With CPA, you can also go the route of social media - mainly Instagram or FB groups. Look around on here on the forum and you will find plenty of good information regarding CPA methods. Maybe even check out some of the journey threads for ideas.

You can try making quality youtube review channel and posting video reviews about products with your Affiliate link. This method requires some time, but definitely works.
