How do I evenly spread out image postings with followliker?

I want to know how you evenly spread out followliker image postings.
I want to post 2 a day, once every 12 hours, but when I start it it post 2 in 5 mins, and nothing for the rest of the day.
I want to follow people as well, so changing the task time wont help.

set a 2 pics per day maximum and a half a day delay
 
Have one instance for botting, and another project for just uploading.
For botting project, set auto interval to 2-6 mins depending on your settings, and for uploading, set it to 12 hrs or 24 hrs, or whenever you want it to post.

You don't have to make two instances for the same account. You have to click "show advanced options" on the bottom left of the first settings page and then on the sharing settings page you will have a "photo share limit" box. Set that to 1-1 and the delay to 12 hours.

Doesn't work like that.
 
Set the delay to like 1-3 seconds .. and in the general settings set the task delay for 12 hours.
 
You have to start a new instance just for photo uploading/sharing if you're going to set the task delay in the General Settings to 12 hours.
 
also you may want to set random delay, which isn't exactly 12 hours, because you don't possibly want to post exactly in the same time every day
 
Just go with 3-4 pics with perfect time interval so that nothing bad can happen with your FL.Else you will be banned like many others.
