At the moment I can DM around 2-3 people every like 12 hours and then I get limited (unable to send messages to non-mutual contacts. Account limited ) My accounts are well over a year old and one of them even has a real SIM acctivation. How do I bypass this ban, making me able to DM more people per day, without getting my account limited?

Thats a good questions, Im not sure why you can only DM such a limited amount I would assume you have been on a DM'ing campaign and are flagged as I never experienced this problem however I am currently having a problem preventing me from joining additional groups. Im not sure whats that about, maybe there system is glitching for the worst.

It's simple, telegram has a restriction applied to your account. You should even stop sending messages until this restriction ends because it could end up deleting your account.
Use another account in the meantime.
I do Mass dm on telegram and so far I have not had any problems, I use my own tool for it and the accounts I use are old, and frequently used to keep it active

If you are on the free plan you can only join up to 500 (group and channel) if you want to join more you should consider premium.
Check if you have reached the limits

And I would like to add, telegram is applying more and more restrictions to the platform and new accounts, before making any decision, first create the account and do not use it immediately for spam ( I'm not an expert in telegram but I've been working for a while creating automation tools and I've been forced to update codes to keep them working)

That's the thing I am way under 500 channels however I'm still getting this message saying I've reached my limit. Im not even in the triple digits and I delete a channel every time I see the message and that rarely helps.

Make more profiles
So basically from each profile do only 25 messages daily and scale it based on number of accounts.
So get 100 telegram accounts and do 25 messages daily that will be 2500 daily messages. Overtime when they age you can increase the number of messages too. But 20-25 messages per profile a safe number.
Only increase number of telegram profiles if you want to keep the accounts alive.
This was in a few months you will have a few thousand profiles and a bulk network to send messages from.
Speaking from experience too I once needed to send messages to people and I used this method and it worked for me

Telegram offers business accounts with higher messaging limits and additional features tailored for businesses and organizations. Consider upgrading if you frequently need to send messages to a large audience.

This is normal, your account is flagged, to check that it is, use https://t.me/SpamBot. It's the official Telegram Bot to get spam stats.
You need more accounts in order to DM more people per day, also, try to have a relation with the entity you DM(be in the same group, etc), even if that person has a username, and so his AccessHash is publicly accessible.
I am also having a issue, that even while i DM a mutual contact of mine still limitations are being put on my account. How do i stop this from happening. I mean at first i texted this person without adding him so that is when the limitations triggerred but now he has added me as a contact and i have added him but whenever we send messages to each other my account gets limited. I can still send short messages to him but i cant write in groups until the limitations go away. How can this issue be resloved please tell me.
