How Do I Consistently Publish Payday Loan ADS?

I have a few Payday loan sites and have recently tried Facebook Ads Initially most my Ads get accepted then late will be disapproved, I have made sure the Ads themselves do not have words like "PAYDAY" BAD CREDIT" etc and have basically remodeled a competitor Ad that seems to run all the time.

I have adapted the landing page to stay clear of the trigger words too

Has anyone got any ideas how of what im missing to make the stick?

I would experiment with your landing page more making sure there is no reference to short term loans also make sure my sure any APR you are showing is less than 49.9%

Your competitor is probably cloaking his ads.
